How big is the proprietary blend?
15.47 mg for all 21 ingredients together. That averages about 0.74 mg per ingredient.
Why doesn't the label list each blend amount?
Proprietary blend rules only require the total weight and the order by weight (FDA, Labeling guide). So the single amounts are not published.
Does Hawaiian Harmony contain caffeine?
It lists guarana and green tea, which are caffeine sources. The caffeine amount is not printed, but the whole blend is only 15.47 mg.
What sweetens the drops?
The other ingredients list stevia and xylitol, plus natural flavors and citrus extract. Potassium sorbate is the preservative.

What side effects could it cause?

Does the grapefruit seed interact with medicines?
The well-known warnings are about grapefruit juice and fruit, not seed (FDA, Grapefruit and drugs). The label does not print how much grapefruit seed the blend holds.
Is there research behind the ingredients?
Some. Gymnema, for example, was studied at 400 mg three times a day, and its effect remains unproven (LiverTox, Gymnema). That research is not on Hawaiian Harmony or its small doses.
